Building healthier foundations from the very beginning.

At Isabel Smith Nutrition, we believe children deserve to feel great everyday… not only when symptoms appear.

Whether your child has clear symptoms, issues no one can explain, or you have that parental instinct that they could feel better… we’re here to help!

We take a proactive, integrative, detective-style approach to pediatric health. Rather than waiting for symptoms to escalate or for a diagnosis to appear, we look early, deeply, and comprehensively into the root cause… supporting nutrition, digestion, immune function, emotional wellness, and development from the ground up.

WHY PARENTS COME TO ISN

Families come to us because they want reassurance…they want answers, clarity, and a plan that actually works.

We support children ages 2 and up with:

  • Recurring stomach aches, constipation, diarrhea, or bloating
  • Poor appetite or picky eating
  • Food sensitivities, allergies, or histamine issues
  • Chronic infections (Lyme + co-infections), immune issues, or post-viral symptoms
  • Skin concerns (eczema, hives, rashes)
  • Mood, attention, or behavioral changes
  • Sleep challenges
  • Growth concerns, energy dips, or frequent “mystery symptoms”
  • General foundational support (“Nothing is wrong… but something feels off”)

Our approach

Your child’s care centers around one core principle:
Kids thrive when their foundations are strong.

We focus on the 5 pillars that shape lifelong wellness:

🍎 Nutrition that nourishes, without overwhelm
Practical, family-friendly meals; integrative allergy strategies, and sustainable routines… not perfection.

🧠 Gut + immune balance
Supporting digestion, bowel regularity, microbiome health, and inflammatory balance.

🪴 Gentle, evidence-based integrative support
Targeted supplements, herbs, or functional strategies (only when they’re appropriate and safe.)

🔎 Root cause investigation, with a detective’s eye
We look beyond symptoms to environment, stress, school, sleep, immune triggers, inflammatory load, and more.

👨‍👩‍👦 Parents are part of the team
Parents get clear guidance, tools, and support, because a plan only works if it works for the whole family.
