Tumeric Lassi Smoothie

This Tumeric lassi smoothie is packed with nutrients from different fruits and veggies plus packs in an extra anti-inflammatory boost with turmeric and ginger making it really good for digestion, detoxification, energy, and feeling great overall! 

If you want to add some extra protein you can try substituting the flax seeds for hemp seeds or adding in your favorite protein powder – or leave it just as it is and enjoy!

Turmeric Lassi Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain kefir
  • 1 cup frozen papaya
  • 1 small pear
  • ¼ avocado
  • 2 tsp ginger, fresh
  • 1 tsp turmeric, ground
  • 2 tsp flaxseed, ground
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ cup cauliflower
  • water as needed for consistency

Instructions

  • Wash and prepare all of your ingredients
  • Add your ingredients to your blender
  • Blend on high until well blended (about 30-45 seconds)
  • Add water as needed to desired consistency
  • Serve and enjoy!
