Banana Chia Seed Pudding
I love a healthy and tasty dessert that I can eat without feeling guilty, like this banana chia seed pudding. This banana chia seed pudding recipe is super easy to make and if you like to mix in different flavors and try new tastes within the recipe you can easily do so.
Tips for mixing it up:
If you want to mix up the flavors, try incorporating chocolate flavoring by using either chocolate almond milk or 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder. If you want a sweeter, fruitier flavor you can add 1-2 tbsp jam or jelly of your choice.
Serve this chia seed pudding as a dessert or even as a snack, because it’s a source of healthy fat and fiber which can help to keep you satisfied for hours.
Enjoy!
