Fall Smoothie

Fall is one of my favorite times of year when it comes to making recipes like soups, smoothies, salads, and this fall smoothie. This because the season is rich with delicious root veggies and tasty flavors.

This smoothie is made with a fall-favorite butternut squash (and it’s oh-so-good), and it’s combined with carrots, pear, avocado, chia seeds and cinnamon. So, it’s got a variety of tasty and healthy ingredients, that help to make it lower in sugar, and great for you.

Try this smoothie as a meal replacement- for example breakfast, because it’s got healthy fat from the avocado and chia seeds, it’ll help keep you feeling fuller for longer and your skin will thank you as well (it’s loaded with skin-healthy ingredients!).

Enjoy!
