Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups Brussels sprouts shaved (see tips)
- 3 tbsp dehydrated cherries
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 4 tbsp shaved Parmesan or more—because why not?
- 3 tbsp fresh chives chopped
- Olive oil and salt to taste (be generous!)
- Optional: A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Instructions
