Why Brussels Sprouts?
Brussels sprouts are a nutritional powerhouse packed with fiber, vitamins C and K, and antioxidants. Shaving them thin transforms their texture, making them light, crisp, and perfect for salads. Pair them with sweet cherries, nutty pine nuts, and salty Parmesan for a dish that hits all the right notes.

Pro Tips for Success

  • Shaving Brussels Sprouts:
If you don’t have a mandoline, a sharp chef’s knife works beautifully. Slice as thinly as possible for the best texture.
  • Add Some Crunch:
Toast the pine nuts for a deeper, nuttier flavor.
  • Make It Vegan:
Swap Parmesan for nutritional yeast or a dairy-free alternative.
  • Customize It:
Add your favorite toppings like dried cranberries, toasted almonds, or a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

This salad is not just a side—it’s a star on any table. Packed with flavor and wholesome ingredients, it’s sure to impress your family and friends. Give it a try and watch it disappear!
