Our holistic approach

The basis of our 1-1 coaching program is built on the foundation that true wellness is not just based on a diet; but instead, is created based on a holistic, whole-person lifestyle that incorporates many different components (food, vitamins, movement, sleep, and more).

By taking a functional, integrative, and holistic approach, we aim to find the underlying cause of symptoms/conditions through a careful evaluation of one’s physical and mental health, diet, lifestyle, and environment. Then, we work alongside the client to develop an attainable care plan centered around diet and lifestyle modifications alongside other modalities when necessary (supplements, acupuncture, etc.). Our end goal is to help clients heal and effectively manage or resolve their conditions. We want our clients (and their bodies) to feel happy and healthy, so they can live life to their fullest.

We work with clients ages 5-95 in all areas of health and wellness. Still, our specialties are gut health (IBS, constipation, diarrhea, Crohn’s, colitis), hormone balance and imbalance (endometriosis, PCOS, infertility/ fertility, general hormone imbalance), allergies (including histamine overload, mast cell activation syndrome), thyroid health, pre/during/postnatal, blood sugar management, and weight loss (we love to work with clients of all needs so please get in touch if this list does not include what you’re looking for!).

Initial 60-minute consult. Isabel will send you a personalized menu/recommendations/supplement suggestions.

Start weekly 30-minute follow-ups (plan on 3-6 months – but will vary based on client).

Initial Consultation

Having already received and reviewed your food journals, medical history and blood work, we spend the Initial Consultation getting to know you (all about you!).

Your goals, lifestyle, and food preferences will shape your individualized treatment plan. This is why we spend the initial consultation getting to know YOU.

Your treatment plan and recap

Your treatment plan and a recap of this initial session will be sent via email. The treatment plan and email will be personalized to your needs. They may include specific product recommendations, recipes, meal plans, exercise classes, supplement recommendations, and more (Initial sessions occur on the phone or via Skype/FaceTime and last 60 minutes).

Weekly follow-ups

These weekly 30-minute sessions are where we tweak and expand upon your individualized plan; these are really where the magic is made. These sessions provide both support and accountability and allow us to grow to understand and support what your body needs (and what we may need to look deeper into). A follow-up email will be sent after these weekly phone sessions with recipes, mini-goals, recommendations, and more – depending on where you are in this journey and what you need most.
